FIU’s Surplus Property team finds a second life for assets through re-purposing, selling or recycling assets retired from service. Surplus assets are made available to FIU departments at no cost, on a first come, first serve basis. In addition, daily surplus online auction sales are conducted to make surplus items available to the general public.
