The sustainability objectives that FIU’s Panther Dining food services provider Chartwells Higher Ed actively works to achieve include purchasing seafood from sustainable sources, yogurt and fluid milk free of artificial growth hormones, chicken and turkey produced without the routine use of human antibiotics, and Eco/Fair Trade Certified coffee.
