The university has established a living wage policy which requires the University to pay all employees’ wages that are above the living wage level. The living wage minimum is determined by the federal poverty guidelines established by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and is updated on a yearly basis. The Division of Human Resources monitors any changes to the living wage and adjusts salaries annually to meet the established threshold.
