Data source(s) and notes about the submission:
This data is not conclusive of all the sustainability research at FIU. This data only represents one year of awarded research funds FY 2012-13. Centers were not included in the data. Research included was listed in the monthly research award newsletter from the FIU Division of Research. Any projects not listed through that department, or where faculty did not self-report was left out of the data collected for the purpose of this report. The Office of University Sustainability created a form "Sustainability Research Identification Form" that is available for self-reporting throughout the year on the gogreen.fiu.edu website "Academic" page.
The information presented here is self-reported. While AASHE staff review portions of all STARS reports and institutions are welcome to seek additional forms of review, the data in STARS reports are not verified by AASHE. If you believe any of this information is erroneous or inconsistent with credit criteria, please review the process for inquiring about the information reported by an institution or simply email your inquiry to stars@aashe.org.
