The survey assess level of satisfaction in a number of categories, to include: the overall organization, job satisfaction, supervisor/co-worker satisfaction, general communication, supervisor communication, work culture, performance management and organizational commitment.
A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
Summary survey feedback was shared broadly across the university and with each department/management group. Each department was tasked with identifying areas within their specific department that would lead to a positive impact on some of the areas to focus for improvement. Those areas included communication and coordination within departments and across departments on campus, performance management, orientation and on-boarding for new faculty/staff, timeliness of performance evaluations and accountability.
