Onsite Craft Beer Brewing

A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome that outlines how credit criteria are met and any positive measurable outcomes associated with the innovation:
FGCU students brew beer onsite and serve on campus. This interdisciplinary project combines the colleges of Arts & Sciences, Business and Engineering with the plan to move beyond serving at just a few select events and scaling up and to get the proper permits and licenses to start selling the beer at FGCU's onsite dining location called Azul’s Brewhouse.
