From our trademark licensing contract with CLC FKA Learfield:
Labor Code Compliance, Learfield will inform Licensees that they are required to comply with any applicable code of conduct or other labor standards, factory location disclosure standards, workers' rights standards and/or human rights standards that Owner may adopt from time to time, including any amendments to such standards. Owner will provide copies of all applicable standards to Learfield, and will notify Learfield in writing of all changes to Owner's standards and the effective dates of such changes. Upon request by Owner and to the extent such records are in the possession of or reasonably available to Learfield, Learfield will disclose such records as may be necessary to demonstrate compliance with Owner's standards.
