A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
Sustainability is covered in day one's employee on-boarding presentations.
All new employees are required to complete the Environmental Health & Safety Training on Canvas, which includes a module on sustainability.
Additionally, all new employees are strongly encouraged to participate in the New Employee Orientation 5-Star Academy. 5-Star Academy is designed to support all new employees by providing 5 different touch points in their early career – day 1, day 30, day 60, day 90, and finally day 180. Sustainability is covered at length during a presentation delivered by the Environmental Health & Safety Department at the 60-day Academy session. The PowerPoint is attached to this credit.
