The Human Resources Department partners with the John Scott Dailey Florida Institute of Government (IOG) at Florida Gulf Coast University to offer professional development training to interested employees. Sustainability- Ensuring your Organization's Future in a Changing Society Workshop Objectives: Develop a strategic resource development plan to assist your organization in responding to these questions and the related circumstances. Assist attendees in assessing their organization’s (or program’s) sustainability Learn best practices for establishing a strategic resource development plan. Listen to how funding authorities answer these questions - and provide recommendations that will help the nonprofit community increase organizational sustainability.
