Narrative outlining how building-level energy performance is assessed and how the results are used to improve performance:
The building-level energy peformance was assessed by conducting a full dilapidation audit of the mechanical plant which includes the spaces each serves and the control equipment each space has installed. The results allowed us to indentify hardware gaps and utilise the building tuning approach to make updates to the software control algorithms which includes streamlining the control logic and modify the Daikin pendant settings. This approach will be expanded to other buildings.

This was performed through our building management system using fixed in place CO2 sensors/monitors tied to our HVAC system and redeployable remote monitoring stations to target high impact and larger common spaces.
