All employees, including academic, non-academic and casual staff, are represented by two Unions (The Community and Public Sector Union (CPSU) and the National Tertiary Education Industry Union (NTEU)) in negotiations for an Enterprise Bargaining Agreement. Student employees are employed under the same rules as other employees, and are as such covered by the general Enterprise Agreement.
