Yes

Description of the institution’s programs designed to incentivize the use of public transportation:

The campus is very accessible through general public transport. Several bus lines stop on campus and the train line has been extended to the Flinders station at the Bedford Park campus, with an additional station for the Tonsley Innovation District servicing the Tonsley campus. This further connects Flinders campuses to the northern suburbs and to the new City Campus, which is located next to Adelaide Central train station. https://news.flinders.edu.au/blog/2020/12/29/all-aboard-flinders-line-opens/

In addition to public transport, the University funds three campus shuttle-bus lines that can be used free of charge:
- The Tonsley Link connects Bedford Park and Tonsley campus
- The Campus connector connects several locations within Bedford Park campus
- The Station Express connects the Bedford Park campus with the Flinders strain station
