Criteria
An institution earns the maximum of 1 bonus point available for this credit when it is able to demonstrate that at least 90 percent of the equipment used by its landscaping/grounds services is zero emission (i.e., human or electric powered) equipment.
Measurement
Report on the most recent data available from within the previous three years. Motorized vehicles that are reported in the Vehicle Fleet credit should be excluded.
