Criteria
An institution earns 1 bonus point when it has conducted a baseline biodiversity assessment that is inclusive of the entire campus, was conducted or supervised by one or more trained biodiversity assessors, and is currently used to protect or positively affect the areas of biodiversity importance and endangered or vulnerable species identified. Partial points are available. An institution that has conducted a less comprehensive biodiversity assessment within the previous three years (e.g., an assessment covering a subset of the campus) earns 0.5 bonus points.
Measurement
Report on comprehensive baseline assessments that are currently used by the institution and less comprehensive assessments that were conducted within the previous three years.
