The Diversity Committee is primarily made up of support staff and faculty (though managers are welcome to participate). Managers identify a representative from their School/Program or Department that will be responsible to share information at team meetings. The committee member should:
- be a Diversity advocate who believes in the importance of a diverse student body and work force
- be willing to share information openly with members of their team and solicit their feedback
- participate in the orientation, annual Forum and in training sessions when possible

Fall 2011 marked the launch of the new Diversity Network for employees. Approximately 40 employees (faculty/staff) come together to discuss and share information on diversity and equity related topics.

In addition, Fleming's Inclusive College Committee is composed of 10 administrators, faculty, and student representatives.
