Does the institution offer a condensed work week option for employees? The institution does not have to offer the option to all employees in order to earn this credit.:
A brief description of the program:
Fleming provides full-time staff a condensed work week option during the summer months - May through August.
During that time, full-time staff may opt to work longer hours on some days to provide for a half day or full day off in the week.
Variations to the scheduling could include:
- Starting earlier each day
- Working later each day
- Combination of starting earlier and working later
- Shortened lunch break to a minimum of 30 minutes
Participation in a condensed work week is subject to supervisory approval.
