Fleming College includes specific contractual language in all RFP and RFT documents. This covers Environmentally Preferable Designs, Environmental Considerations, Waste Disposal, Laws and Regulations, MSDS, Hazardous Materials, Health and Safety and College Policies. The suppliers are contractually bound to these requirements and we also include rating criteria in evaluating their responses. Our largest contract supplier, Follett, also provides a Corporate Responsibility Policy in place for all customers.
