A brief description of the metering system:
The majority of Fleming buildings are metered for all energy consumption.
Using the main building at the Sutherland Campus as an example, electrical meters measure the energy consumption and report it via the Real Time Operating System (RTOS). Natural gas is also metered for the building and read manually by staff and reported.
