A brief description of the guidelines for franchisees:
Through the foodservice operator (ARAMARK) all franchisee operations on campus must follow all College guidelines for sustainability
Franchise operations are required to participate in our pre-consumer waste composting program, local purchasing guidelines, and default to reusable/china serving pieces. The operations use the same cleaning supplies, even though these may not be consistent with the franchisors program (our program trumps theirs).
