A brief description of the purchasing behavior:
Food supplier Aramark uses 100% recycled content napkins in all Fleming Food & Beverage operations. In addition, Aramark mandates use of 100% recycled napkins by it supply chain food suppliers (ie subcontracted F & B vendors)
This is standard operating procedure for Aramark in all their locations.
