Does the institution limit free printing for students in all computer labs and libraries?:

A brief description of how printing is limited:
FSU uses a single printer queue. Students can print from any networked computer and pick up their printed documents at any networked printer. But students are allotted a limited number of pages per semester on their FSU account. If they exceed that allotment, they are required to add funds to their account in order to print more.
