HR surveys are sent out virtually every 1-2 years to employess to assess their job satisfaction. They are administered by Fanshawe's Institutional Research Team.

Fanshawe surveyed employees in 2022. Results:
Among surveyed employees, 76% have a flexible work arrangement.
Among employees who have a flexible work arrangement, 88% are satisfied with their current work plan.
Among employees who have a flexible work arrangement, 75% agree that with the statement "my manager has responded appropriately to my needs"


A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:

The Executive Leadership Team identifies actions that are then disseminated to their direct reports/departments.
