The annual Residence Energy Conservation Challenge also looks at water use. Students are encouraged to take shorter showers, only do laundry when they have a full load, turn off water when brushing their teeth, etc. Reduction in water consumption is factored into the overall score at the end of the challenge.
All students and employees are encouraged to contact the Sustainability Office if they notice water wastage anywhere, such as toilets over flushing or taps leaking.
