A brief description of the certificate program(s):
Sustainable Local Foods program is a fully online program, offered through OntarioLearn. It explores the practices, principles and philosophies involved in local food system development. Students learn the academic and hands-on knowledge of regional food initiatives across Canada. Additionally, these courses touch on the international best practices and allows students a progressive look at the struggle for workers in the local sustainable food area.
