Every year, a Fanshawe employee is seconded as a United Way Sponsored Employee.

The Sponsored Employee (SE) program is a full-time seconded position that presents a unique professional development opportunity for employees to join the United Way fundraising team to work on the annual Campaign. Encumbents provide dedicated support to approximately 800 organizations to plan, implement, monitor and evaluate United Way workplace fundraising campaigns.
