Support Staff and Academic Employees at Fanshawe College are in the Ontario Public Service Employees Union. Approximately every 2 – 3 years, these contracts are negotiated through the collective bargaining process.
Full-time Administrative employees are governed by Terms and Conditions of Employment for Administrative Staff.
All other employees, not covered under the above union contracts or Administrative Terms and Conditions, have policies that establish their compensation.
