Does the institution have an on-campus garden where students are able to gain organic farming and/or gardening experience?:
A brief description of the garden:
A garden has been constructed on campus that will have its first growing season starting in April 2014. The garden will be cultivated and maintained by Culinary Apprentices and 3rd year Culinary Artisans. Crops will be harvested by students and used in on campus teaching labs.
