Human Resources Services - Wellness Activities
The college sponsors a variety of classes, speakers, and other events to improve employee health. Most activities are available to all non-student employees.

Examples of activities include:
· Healthier Eating programs
· Get a flu shot event
· Free fitness activities, such as strength training, Zumba, and archery
· Chair Massage
· Tobacco Cessation
· Ergonomics and Workplace safety

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
TESC contracts with the State of Washington for the Employee Assistance Program. EAP helps State of Washington employees and their family members resolve personal or work-related problems. EAP offers a full line of services to other public service employers across the state on a contract basis. EAP has expanded its service coverage and improved efficiencies by contracting with local professionals for client assessment and short-term problem-solving. The program can help employees and their families with issues such as depression, stress, anxiety, addictions, anger, marital or relationship issues, parenting issues, grief & loss, caregiving, eldercare, coping with change, workplace issues, and self-improvement. The program also helps managers, supervisors, and HR professionals with workplace or supervisory issues.

Student Wellness Services - (medical, counseling, OSVP)
These services include Medical Services, Counseling Services, and the Office of Sexual Violence Prevention. They also provide online services for monitoring one's alcohol or marijuana consumption patterns.
