A brief description of the farmers’ market:
We do not have an actual Farmers Market- these are held all of town every day. What we do is bring in a local organic farmer in a Co-OP program. In other words we encourage students and staff to sign contracts with this famer and every week the famer brings us a “basket” of goods.
