Has the institution adopted sustainability policies or guidelines for food service franchisees operating on campus?:
A brief description of the guidelines for franchisees:
Campus Responsables, network of French higher education institutions committed to sustainability has launched a label called “Restaurant Durable” or the “Sustainable Restaurant” label.
This label comes with responsible food services guidelines that were produced by a working group of schools, nutritionists, NGOs and food service providers.
The objective of this project is to incite collective food services (cantines) to adopt a more responsible approach. Euromed Management is among the six schools piloting the new label.
Allong with Sodexo, the school works with the label's guidelines and has established a three-year action plan.
