A brief description of the technology used:
Classrooms and offices have occupancy sensors that turn lights on when occupants enter a room and timers that turn lights off when rooms are unoccupied. The occupancy sensors are also used to in conjunction with the FMS system to change the temperature dead band when rooms are unoccupied.
