A brief description of how sustainability is included prominently in new student orientation:
Estrella Mountain Community College began including Sustainability information into the college New Student Orientation (NSO) sessions in the Spring 2010 semester. Sustainability slides are incorporated into the New Student Orientation PowerPoint presentation. The slide includes information regarding the Sustainability Team on campus, recycling, green features, a walking tour map, and reference to the sustainability website for more information.
