A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction:
Estrella Mountain Community College's Human Resources office implemented the EMCC Employee Satisfaction Survey in April, 2010. The Employee Satisfaction Survey included a rating system where staff could rate level of satisfaction, and level of agreement regarding topics such as: workplace environment, ethics, sustainability, and total compensation. All data collected was done so anonymously by the campus’ Planning, Research, and Institutional Effectiveness department.
The EMCC Human Resources Department will review the findings of the results and implement strategies to address unsatisfactory ratings.
A copy of the results is available upon request, but will not be available on our website.
