Strategic Direction #5, Priority #3: Estrella Mountain will participate in sustainable practices that provide long term resources.
• 3a: Estrella Mountain will participate in the Sustainability Tracking, Assessment and Rating System and will improve the ratings in each three-year cycle.
• 3b: Estrella Mountain will invest in adding sustainable features and materials in all new construction as define by the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).
