We participated in the Chronicle of Higher Education's employee survey in 2020. From that survey, Endicott was rated as a Great College to Work For in the following categories: Collaborative Governance; Teaching Environment; Compensation & Benefits; Facilities, Workplace, & Security; and Respect & Appreciation. Endicott has been consistently rated one of the top places to work in higher education and in the region by the Chronicle of Higher Education since 2010.

The President's Council addresses any issues raised by the survey.
