WE DO NOT RETAIN ENVIRONMENTAL ATTRIBUTES, BUT:
This scoring should be revisited as institutions located in Massachusetts can no longer retain environmental attributes under the state's new solar incentive program (SMART Program) for onsite solar PV projects. The utilities retain all environmental attributes.
It is not financially feasible for an institution Endicott's size to install the over 1MW of solar PV we have on campus without our state incentive programs.
