We participate in the Chronicle of Higher Education's employee survey.
We also participate in the Boston Magazine survey of area employers.

Endicott has been consistently rated one of the top places to work in higher education and in the region.

The President's Council addresses any issues raised by the survey. An example is employee concerns about technology.
