Endicott's wages are above 125% of the poverty line for most all full-time employees. For a family of 4 this is $15.00. We estimated this at 90% which we believe is conservative.
Full time faculty are covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
Sodexo (Dining Services), custodial contractor, and the bookstore are contractors. We do not have information about their wages, so we have estimated that 30% have sustainable compensation

Full-time employees are provided with vacation, sick time, sick bank, tuition benefits, health insurance, life insurance, and contributions to their retirement.
