Residence Life holds diversity trainings twice a year in August and January for Residence Life staff and offers continued training for Resident Assistants throughout the year. "Alliance Training" (diversity across the board) is open to full community and offered throughout the school semester. The ALANA club promotes diversity and equity on campus through a number of educational events and activities (ie. ethnic dinners, etc.). A single-parent program offers housing and tuition to single parents.
