A brief description of the campus climate assessment(s) :
Endicott tracks ethnic diversity on a yearly basis. In addition, two-full time employees have been hired with a focus to increase diversity on campus. One is dedicated to research and identifies social media best practices to attract a diverse following. The other assists in the recruitment of students seeking admission to the college with regard to prospective minority students.
