The institution’s definition of sustainability:

The UN Bruntland Commission defined sustainability as the "meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generation to meet their own needs." This includes action to protect the planet, effort to promote health, and dignity for all, and a recognition that strategies can also be good for the economy, broadly speaking.

Endicott's location, at the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, reminds us of the power, beauty and fragility of the planet.

Does the institution’s strategic plan or equivalent guiding document include sustainability at a high level?:
Yes

A brief description of how the institution’s strategic plan or equivalent guiding document addresses sustainability:

Goal 2, Objective 4: Integrate sustainability through the College’s culture
