Endicott uses environmentally preferred products and practices such as…
• Certain Green Seal cleaners
• Pre-mixed cleaners to ensure proper concentrations
• Low VOC paints and carpet adhesives are used regularly.

Endicott protects indoor air quality…
• Smoking is prohibited inside all buildings and 20 feet from the outside of buildings
• Pest are controlled through prevention first
• When pests are present, every effort is made to control them from the outside before action is taken within a building. When pests must be controlled in a building, traps/cups are the preferred method.
• Air quality testing is used when necessary. Carbon monoxide and Carbon dioxide measuring is routine.

Endicott takes complains seriously

Specific IPM initiatives are in place at Callahan and Wax Academic Center.
