A brief description of the program(s), including positive outcomes during the previous three years:

Programs include faculty development on sustainability workshops, and faculty discussions after events on campus (ie. Bill McKibben's visit) and having the option to do professional development in sustainability (attend conferences, etc.).

In addition there are incentives of reduced teaching load if courses are team taught and opportunities for including sustainability in the Gen Ed courses.
