In addition to using non trans-fat oil, Dooley's Burger in the Cox Hall Food Court makes use of a 'rational oven' to bake burgers and fries without the use of a fryer or grill. Dooley's Burger offers grass-fed beef and potatoes cooked to “fryer” crisp without the use of oil.
