Does the institution have a trayless dining program in which trays are removed from or not available in dining halls?:
Yes

A brief description of the trayless dining program:

Emory has two primary undergraduate dining locations. One has a tiered dining area, which for disability concerns cannot be made trayless. The second, Cox Hall, is trayless.

Data source(s) and notes about the submission:

Due to Emory’s terrace-style undergraduate dining hall (the DUC) and ADA requirements, Emory cannot make trayless dining mandatory campus-wide, but Emory has an optional trayless dining program in the DUC dining hall, which has received high participation. Emory Dining Green Team volunteers encourage students not to use trays. Emory's other primary undergraduate dining location, Cox Hall, is now trayless.

Emory's Oxford College does have a mandatory trayless dining program. Oxford is a satellite program, not located within Emory's STARS operational boundary.
