All projects are to be USGBC LEED Certified at the Silver level as a minimum. Basic Program
Requirements as well as most sections in the Design and Construction Standards address sustainability
objectives and lessons learned. Furthermore, a LEED consultant is included in the commissioning team as part of the General Commissioning Requirements.
