A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
Sustainability and HR collaborate to run quarterly sustainability trainings for new employees. The 1-hour training includes a 40 minute presentation and 20 minutes of questions and answers. The training covers sustainability in higher education, Emerson's goals and progress, ways to get involved, and key resources.
HR has also incorporated key sustainability resources into the new employee welcome email series.
