All of our buildings utilize certified green clean program, as outlined in LEED and by the EPA. Our night cleaning contract company meets these guidelines as well.

A brief description of the energy management or benchmarking program:
We use School Dude to track our utility bills and consumption; we are a member of the Association of Physical Plant Administrators (APPA) and follow their standards, guidelines and benchmarking; we are associated with Building Owners Managers association for which we do best practices; and we contract Sightlines to provide benchmarking services against other leading schools and suggest improvement areas.

A brief description of the water management or benchmarking program:
We benchmark our water and wastewater on a monthly basis using reports from the public water & wastewater service provider. We use the company Sightlines to document this year to year and benchmark our consumption and management. We have significantly decreased our water consumption per square foot and campus user since 2007.
