The Sustainability Coordinator and the Archives Department host a biannual Clean Out Your Office day event for staff and faculty to bring unwanted items to be traded, donated or recycled.

Staff from the most relevant groups and selected to host the event, and key administration staff in each campus office are chosen to communicate the message with their staff.

The event occurs during regular office hours and the custodial department provides support with organizing and transporting collected materials for donation.
