Elon University has established an entry level hourly rate of $18 for all permanent hourly paid positions. All full-time salary positions are at or above this rate. With benefits included, the minimum total compensation (including full-time and part-time employees) is $22.14/hour. The benefits included are health insurance, retirement plan, vision care, life insurance, long-term disability and leave program.
